How Deep-Tier Finance Works

Anchor Buyer uploads Payment Instruction (Payment Commitment) to FinShare

FinShare will automatically generate an ePay token that is issued to the Tier-1 Supplier.

After receiving e-Pay token, the Tier-1 Supplier can request Bank for advance payment.

Tier-1 Supplier can continue to transfer the full or partial amount of e-Pay token to Tier-2 Supplier.

Similar to the options for the Tier-1 Supplier, the Tier 2 Supplier can continue to transfer ePay token to supplier(s) in the next tier (i.e., Tier-n Supplier), or request the Bank for advance payment.

Bank approves the advance payment requests and disburses money to the Suppliers.

On invoice maturity date, payment is auto-processed and money is debited from the Anchor Buyer’s account. Any Tier Suppliers having outstanding ePay token will have money credited to their account.
